Hi my name is Ron Silva. I am a cnc machinist with over 30 years experience. I have worked for a couple of machine shops in Hudson NH and several companies in Eastern MA. It has always been my dream of owning and operating my own machine shop. So, together with my wife Kelly in 2007 we leased a cnc milling machine a 2006 Fadal 4525 and leased a space in an already existing machine shop and started growing.
March 2008 we leased our own commercial space. May 2008 we leased our second machine a 2008 Fadal 3016 FX. August 14, 2008 with the advice of Pete from machineshopweb.com we launched our website silvametalmachine.com. We also started to do contract programming. We specializes in prototypes and also production and short run jobs. Ron also does custom designing and machining on request. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers.
